We have finally moved the store away from our apartment. We now have a 110 sqm place in Andel, right by the Vltava river and very close to the centre of Prague.

The whole place looked rather terrible, but I saw the potential. We had to get some workers to knock down a wall to get a photo studio that is big enough, and place a door between the showroom and the photostudio.

The photo studio is still in that state, because the workers that was supposed to move the rubble didn’t:P but we will hopefully get someone to remove the garbage there soon.

Ida and I (Truls) started working on the showroom right away, laying a floor. My back hurt for several days, I am not used to manual labor like that and the muscles needed to lay a floor seems completely different from those you use on the gym;)

This is the first time we ever tried to lay a floor and we where very happy with the result. We plan on building a door to the street where the window to the right is now and paint or wash the walls. We have moved everything here for now and in the future we plan on having all our corsets, jewelry and watches on display here, so if you are ever in Prague let us know and visit us in the showroom.

Our next step is to finish the office. I have spent two days building shelves, drawers and boxes for the jewelry, watches and contact lenses. Our goal is to have as much in stock as possible and it is much easier when we have 110 sqm filled with shelves and boxes.

Our final step is to finish the photo studio, I have bought some good light equipment so that the color balance and quality of the pictures you see will be as good as possible.
