Shipping
We use DHL to ship corsets from out factory in Pakistan, and regular post to ship everything else from Prague.
DHL usually takes 4-8 days, it is insured, and you get a tracking number. Regular post is also insured, but there is no tracking number.
DraculaClothing is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may occur. DraculaClothing is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or customs. Contant your local customs agent if you are unsure of the rules in your country.
Damages/Returns
We work hard to satisfy our customers in regards to design, procuction and quality, but sometimes, production errors do occur. If you are shipped short (or extra) please notify us at post@draculaclothing.com right away, and we will solve the situation. Damaged merchandise should be sent back to us with a return authorization number on the outside of the box (get an RA # from post@draculaclothing.com). RA #s will be issued for defective goods up to 7 days after delivery. RA#s are issued with a 21-day cancel date. If the goods are not received in 21 days or less the RA# is invalid. Boxes with invalid RA#s will be refused at the door and returned to the shipper. Our rule of thumb is to credit you for the euro amount. The credit has to be used within 12 months.
There is no return on non-damaged goods, or goods damaged by the buyer. We do not accept goods that have been worn, or in any way, shape or form look used.
We can not guarantee shades of material from dye lot to dye lot. We are not responsible for color mis-representation due to computer monitor differences.
DraculaClothing cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss of packages or products sent back to us by a customer so we recommend that you opt for recorded or special delivery and retain your proof of postage and tracking details. Please ensure all parcels are clearly labelled and securely sealed before posting.
We take so much care when packing your order, please take the same care when returning your items to us by folding garments neatly to avoid unnecessary creasing which can cause irreparable damage to some fabrics.
