Black Brocade Empusa Skirt

Okay, so I give this skirt 5 stars because it is beautiful, made really well. The only issue is that it runs small, and has no stretch. I tried to put it on legs first and would not go up my thighs, put it on head first and would not go down my waist. I am a size UK size 8, US 4/6. Will be returning, might consider exchanging it for a different size.
