I haven't worn the skirt just yet; maybe tomorrow I will! It really is a very special item. It's well made and good quality velvet. With the right blouse and jacket it will look so stunning! I bought this skirt for stage (I'm a singer) and I'm sure it will turn heads and that's the effect I want! Thank you Dracula, I'll send a flock of Bats from me to you to thank you!! I ordered this skirt for a masquerade ball. I have worn it multiple times since then. The skirt is genuine quality, something rarely seen anymore. The stitching is mafe for actual wear, NOT like costume stitching that rips after 1 wear. The velvet is very soft, and the overall product is very pleasing. This is such a gorgeous skirt! It's quite heavy and hangs beautifully. I bought a large, but could probably have got away with a medium as the waist is a bit big (I have a 72cm waist, 99cm hips), however it's not really an issue as I can adjust it with the back lacing. (Posted on 4/14/2015)
