High Waist Bustle Skirt

I just received the High Waist Bustle Skirt in the mail yesterday. Sometimes items look better in online photos than they do in person - but not this skirt. It's absolutely gorgeous! I will be wearing it this weekend to a Halloween ball in New Orleans and I cannot wait to show it off!
