This is a really nice item. I am sure there are differences but I can't spot any between this one and my considerably more expensive corset from another brand. The fabric has a nice sheen without being cheaply over-shiny, the busk is good-quality as is the grommeted lacing section at the back. I am particularly happy with the 'overlap' piece that goes behind the lacing - so that when laced you still have the fabric of the corset underneath the laces rather than the fabric of what you're wearing. I wear this over a white peasant blouse with jeans or a skirt and it's comfortable enough to wear for hours at a time, even sitting down. Very happy indeed with it.
