Romantic Bustle skirt

This is a very heavy skirt, just be warned. It is very good when it's cold out. I did have to sew a hook right above the zipper, though, as it can take some maneuvering to hold the heavy skirt up and zip it at the same time. The bustles are lovely and give a Victorian feel to any outfit. There's so much fabric, that I occasionally put a really big metal hoop skirt frame under it and wear it out that way.
