Steampunk Layer Bustle Skirt

I was surprised about the quality of the fabric and its stiffness that gives the skirt the ability to stay fluffy.
The size (L) fits me perfectly.
The only defect I can find is that the rear of the fabric is white (stripes are only printed on the fabric) therefore you can actually see some white color behind your legs when wearing it. Besides that I highly recommend it considering the price.
