The Steampunk Two Layer Bustle Skirt is a beautiful skirt and perfect for any Steampunk outfit. Made from a lovely, heavyweight cotton, the skirt sits where it needs to and drapes where it needs to. There are two sets of ribbons at the back to create whatever bustle shape you like with the top layer of the skirt. Or you can leave it down and it is a flattering A-line skirt. Normally a US Size 16/18 bottoms, I brought the XXL and it was perfect. Due to the heaviness of the fabric and the two layers of skirts, I wouldn't recommend wearing it in summer, but for an Australian autumn, it was perfect!
