Yellow And White Skirt

This skirt is really flouncy and cute. The material is soft, even the lace parts. It fits best lower on the hips, and it has a drawstring tie at the front that can be easily untied at one end and pulled out if you don't want it. The skirt is a little short on me (I have a lot of butt to cover), but I also bought some bloomers from this collection that work perfectly with the skirt and keep me from having any wardrobe malfunctions. My hips are about 42" around and I bought the Large.
