Creating an account
If you want to create a wholesale account with us, create an account in the retail store then send us a mail at post@dracula.clothing with the e-mail you registered with and some info about your store and we will create a wholesale account for you.
Stock
We ship the first working day after we have received the money. If you have any wishes for either new designs or things you want us to restock let us know.
Minimum order
We have a minimum order of 300 euro, but you can choose as many as you like of each style and size.
Shipping
We ship everything from Czech Republic (within the EU) we use economic shipping or Fedex/UPS for the US, depending on what you prefer.
If you buy for 3000 euros and pay with bank transfer we will give you free shipping (does only apply to Europe, United States and Canada) but we will give a rebate for other countries
For orders under 3000 euros we will send you an invoice for the shipping amount after we have packed the order
DraculaClothing Exclusive stores
If you want to create a DraculaClothing store, let us know, we will assist you and help you as much as we can. I will personally visit you and assist in advertising and give you special deals. Contact us for more details.
Payment
You can pay directly in the store with a wide range of payment options. If you want to pay by bank transfer we can do a manual order.
Pictures
You can use the pictures, but please leave the logo on.
Return
You have two weeks to inspect the goods for production errors. If there is a production error you can return the item or take a picture of it, we will give you store credit for the items. We do not accept returns for other reasons and not after 2 weeks. If a package is not picked up you will be charged for the second shipment.
