I got it as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and she mostly loves this coat (and looks stunning in it).The only problem she has is that the sleeves are a bit too tight, so she can't move a whole bunch. Otherwise great product

Upon arrival, I noticed that the liners of BOTH pockets were ripped. The fabric bunches up at the bottom, making it look puffier than it does in the picture. I haven't worn it yet, as it feels like it's too big. It says L/XL right here, but those were out of stock (even though when I ordered it said 1 was left). The XL was still in my measurement range, so I went with that. I didn't know they ran larger, otherwise I would've gone with the large. I didn't have time to exchange it, because I had to leave town, meaning I had to wear a different coat than this one.

For the price, I expected better.
