The skirt can be pulled up in the front with two strings, the skirt has three layers that creates dramatic silhouette.
The three layers go all the way up to the waist, so it is a lot of fabric :) Each layer has a black cotton details in the end. It has lacing in the back. We now have black satin lining in the back, unlike the product pictures.
