Arrived quickly to the US, no issues. The coat itself is an absolute *showstopper*. It is very well made and solid. I'm usually an xl-2xl (200lbs, 5'3") girlie depending on cut, but based on the reviews about the arm tightness I went ahead and sized up to a 4x. It felt like it was tailor made for my body! I carry a lot of weight in my upper arms so I'm happy I sized up. The back is a corset so there was no issue adjusting for my waist. The only issue with this dress/jacket is that you WILL absolutely receive LOTS of attention and compliments when you wear it, so make sure you're in the mood for people because it carries main character energy whether you want it or not!

Item as described and wonderful. Ordering a size bigger is always a good idea since the coats tend to run small in the shoulders/arms. Always appreciate the lacing in the back so it can be adjusted to give a perfect fit overall.

The fabric is gorgeous. And the dress came within days. But the faux leather straps on corset and neck are not on the garment. So the style feels completely different. I’m disappointed.

Beautiful material, good lining, but the sizing is so weird. The arms are impossibly tight, I can't even pull them all the way up, so it's totally unwearable even though the waist, hips, and bust are fine. I tried contacting customer support about it and they refused to do a refund and claimed that the sizing is intentional, which makes me think they've never actually tried their garments on actual plus sized people.

Don't advertise plus sizes if they don't fit the people who are those sizes.
