Very well made! After communicating with Mel - A very kind and efficient employee - I was able to work my sizing out well. I've had a hard time in the past with longer coats like this, due of my waist-to-hip ratio, so I was worried the it might not fit around the hips, but there is plenty of room! The cinching is amazing, and surprisingly comfortable. I've found a few loose threads around the bottom, but that's the only remotely negative thing I've found about this coat after 2 months of wearing. Responses to my emails were incredibly fast, coherent, and so, so kind! I'll definitely be ordering other peices from here 💗🪽
