United States and Canada:

For orders shipped after 3. Of April 2025 we cover the 20% tariff costs for US orders.  

• Most packages are shipped via UPS and typically arrive within 1-4 working days.

• For remote locations or oversized packages, delivery may take 1-2 weeks.

European Union:

• Orders over €50 are generally shipped with UPS, arriving within 1-4 working days.

• Some shipments may be sent via Post Optimal, with an expected delivery time of approximately 1 week.

United Kingdom:

• Orders over €50 are typically shipped with UPS, arriving within 2-5 working days.

• Some shipments may be sent via Post Optimal, with an expected delivery time of 1-2 weeks.

Rest of the World:

• Delivery times range from 1-3 weeks, depending on the destination.

Customs and Fees

• European Union: No customs fees; VAT is included in the price.
