Description
  • The amethyst brocade waist cincher is made with purple brocade on the outside and cotton lining on the inside.
  • It is shorter than our regular corsets at just 20 cm in the front and back. A shorter corset is easier to lace up to create a beautiful hourglass shape.
  •  It looks great over our dresses or on its own.
  • The brocade material matches several of our amethyst clothing dresses and skirts

Corset construction

The corset has 6 spiral metal boning in the sides and 4 flat metal busks in the back. In the front it has a stiff metal busk with 3 hooks. The corset has 8 grommets on each side. It has a 15 cm wide modesty panel in the back so that it looks great even if it is not completely closed

The waist cinchers are shorter than other corsets, making it easier to tighten your waist. Perfect for different kinds of dresses.

How to measure yourself

Wrap a soft measuring tape around the narrowest part of your torso, usually a little above your belly button. Stand naturally, breathe normally, and do not pull the tape tight. Keep it level all the way around your body. This measurement is your natural waist and is the one used for corset sizing.

Very flimsy and not steel boned. Made with plastic boning that bends easily and makes it so it's very uncomfortable to wear as the plastic tends to bend in towards the body and push against the skin.
