Beautiful and amazing coat! The only thing I have to criticise are the buttons. They are out of fabric and really difficult to handle. I'd replace them with something different.

I love the look of this coat; it’s beautiful and would be five stars, but I ran into two issues. First, the sleeves run very small, likely due to the thick fabric and lining. I ordered based on the size chart, but sleeve circumference was not included, and that was the only area that didn’t fit. The sleeves were so snug it was difficult to bend my arms. I returned and sized up, but even the larger size is still uncomfortable in the sleeves, which is unusual for me. Second, returns are costly and inconvenient since the company is overseas. I paid about $66 to return the first coat via USPS, far less than the $200 quoted by UPS and $400 by FedEx but it still required a lot of time and effort to find the most affordable option. I’m keeping the coat because return shipping twice would nearly equal the cost of the item, but I’m kind of disappointed overall. I strongly suggest including sleeve circumference in the size chart to avoid this issue. Perhaps mention the lining is a factor as well.
