Black Velvet Layer Bustle Skirt

I ordered this skirt for a masquerade ball. I have worn it multiple times since then. The skirt is genuine quality, something rarely seen anymore. The stitching is mafe for actual wear, NOT like costume stitching that rips after 1 wear. The velvet is very soft, and the overall product is very pleasing. This skirt is worth it's cost in triplicate.
