Placing an order
To place an order, add the item you want to the shopping cart, check out and follow the instructions.
DraculaClothing ships with Post Optimal in Europe and Fedex for packages over 500 grams to the US and Canada and USPS for packages under 500 grams to the US, the shipping time for Europe is normally around 1 week. The shipping time for the US and Canada is around 1 week when we ship with Fedex and 1-3 weeks when we ship with USPS. The shipping price is free anywhere in the world.
You want to buy four corsets, but you´re worried about the shipping price? Don´t be, it´s always free, no matter where you live or how much you buy!
DraculaClothing´s ships everything from Czechia (within the EU) DraculaClothing is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes that may occur. DraculaClothing is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier service or customs. Contact your local customs agent if you are unsure of the rules in your country.
Returns and Refunds
You can return goods, for any reason, within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
For an exchange, you will have to pay return shipping
If you need to return an item to us you simply send an email to email@example.com providing the following details:
* Order number * Item(s) you wish to return * Reason(s) for return (you don´t have to give us a reason but all feedback is greatly valued)
We will reply very quickly, with full instructions on how to return the item(s). Please wait for our reply before sending goods back to us because unexpected returns (where these steps have not been followed) can result in delays, or even mean that your return isn´t received by us.
Where goods are found to be faulty we will reimburse the full cost of return postage, where goods are not faulty you will be responsible for the return shipping and packing costs.
If the goods are faulty send us a picture of the product, if it is clear from the picture that this is a manufacturing error we will send you a new one free of charge. The Draculaclothing tag have to be visible in the picture.
If you are unhappy with an item and wish to sell the item and order a new one, you may receive a big discount on the next item, the discount will vary depending on the item. Please send us a link to the sales ad.
Please note the following exceptions to our returns policy:
* Where the item is returned to us in a used condition we will not issue a refund. Any items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odours including cigarette smoke are non-returnable and will be sent back to you. * All bespoke and made to order corsets are non-returnable as they are made to a specific customer´s specifications.
*There is no return on sale items.
DraculaClothing cannot accept responsibility for the damage or loss of packages or products sent back to us by a customer so we recommend that you opt for recorded or special delivery and retain your proof of postage and tracking details. Please ensure all parcels are clearly labelled and securely sealed before posting.
We take so much care when packing your order, please take the same care when returning your items to us by folding garments neatly to avoid unnecessary creasing which can cause irreparable damage to some fabrics.
Luckily because we only sell high quality, well-made, beautiful corsets and clothes the vast majority of returns are size exchanges. So don´t forget we offer expert, friendly advice via email. If you are unsure of what size to buy please just contact us before placing your order. We always reply quickly to emails.
* The date of receipt is defined as the date the item arrived at your requested delivery address. To clarify, if you are unavailable to take delivery of the item and the parcel is taken to your local sorting office for collection, the 14-day period commences from the original day delivery was attempted. Returns from overseas customers
If the exchange rate changes between the date of purchase and the date of refund, you will see a discrepancy in the amount refunded. This is governed by the banks and totally beyond our control, and may result in you being refunded more or less than you originally paid.
Any taxes or customs charges brought about by the return of items will be payable by the customer and deducted from the total amount refunded. These charges can be avoided by writing "Garment Return" and noting a value of zero on the customs declaration.

Conditions of use
The site contains copyrighted material and other information proprietary to DraculaClothing, its licensees and licensors, and other third parties. Except as otherwise permitted by law, you may not copy, modify, publish, distribute or otherwise exploit any content on the site without the express consent of DraculaClothing and any other relevant rights owner, except that you may download content for your personal non-commercial use only, so long as you keep intact all of the copyright and other proprietary notices.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of Norway, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. All users agree that any legal actions related to the site shall be brought and conducted in Norway, and users hereby consent to jurisdiction of this country. If any provision of these terms shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
Your monitor settings will affect the colours you see, DraculaClothing are not resonsible for the colour differences that might occur. If you are unsure about a colour, please ask.
Acceptance of orders
We may refuse to accept an order for these reasons:
1. Goods are not available
2. There is no authorisation for your payment
3. There has been a pricing or product description error
4. We have reason to believe the transaction is a fraud
