Yes, we have free shipping worldwide.
What are the shipping fees?
For retail customers, shipping is always free, no matter where you live or how much you order.
Wholesale customers, please visit our wholesale page.
What kind of shipping do you use?
We use PostNL or GLS, depending on the destination country and the weight of the package.
Shipping outside the EU is always done by PostNL. Shipping within the EU is done by PostNL if the package weighs 0.5 kg or less; otherwise, we use GLS.
Where do my items ship from? How long until they're shipped?
All orders ship from our warehouse in Zatec, Czech Republic. Orders ship 1-2 days after we receive the payment.
When can I expect my items?
The following shipping times are general estimates only. Shipping can take longer during the busy season (October - January).
Czech Republic and Slovakia: 1-2 days
EU, Norway, Switzerland: 3-10 days with GLS; 1-3 weeks with PostNL
USA: 1-3 weeks
Other countries: 2-3 weeks

How can I track my order?
Log in to your account, go to "my orders", and click on "shipments". You will find the tracking number and a link to track your package.
Customers located in the US can find more detailed tracking information at usps.com once the package reaches the United States.
Unfortunately, the postal systems in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand don't provide tracking updates once our packages reach the destination country. If you're unsure about the location of your package, please contact your local post office before sending us an email.
I don't have a credit card or PayPal account. Can I still place an order?
Yes, you can also pay by bank transfer. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your shipping address, phone number, and items you'd like to purchase, and we'll prepare an invoice for you.
