Black Velvet Layer Bustle Skirt

This is such a gorgeous skirt! It's quite heavy and hangs beautifully. I bought a large, but could probably have got away with a medium as the waist is a bit big (I have a 72cm waist, 99cm hips), however it's not really an issue as I can adjust it with the back lacing.
